Shipping Policy

All orders placed on our website are packaged and shipped directly from our store in Crestview, Florida via USPS. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days, often sooner. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow its progress.

If we are unable to fulfill an order due to inventory issues or product unavailability, we will notify you via email. You will have the option to either:

• Receive the product when it becomes available at no additional shipping cost, or
• Receive a full refund via the original payment method used at checkout.

Hub City Soapery & Gifts, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers once the package has left our store.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange a replacement or refund.
