Our Shipping Policy:

All orders placed from our website are packaged and shipped directly from our store in Crestview, Florida via USPS. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days, often sooner. A tracking number will automatically be sent via email when your order leaves our store.

If we are unable to fulfill an order or a product is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you via email and offer to ship the product when it becomes available at no additional shipping cost, or refund your order via the payment method used at the time the order was placed.

Our Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges. In the unlikely event an item is defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement if contacted within 30 days of the sale.
